With Lotus and Zushi already confirmed as Barangaroo bound, those with their noses on the ground at the waterside development say the Asian invasion will run much deeper. Haymarket noodle soup destination Two Sticks and Old Town Hong Kong Cuisine will both open Barangaroo branches in July, with Strathfield's home-style Vietnamese Me Oi following in September, along with Surry Hills Thai cult-favourite Muum Maam.
