We don't usually associate NSW with methode champenoise but some of the country's finest sparkling wine is grown in our cooler-climate regions.
Logan's M Cuvee from Mudgee, Ross Hill's Family Reserve from Orange and the multi-award winning Courabyra from Tumbarumba (where's that, you ask?) to name a few.
The finer points will be explored through a series of sparkling brunches and high teas, during the NSW Food and Wine Festival, February 21.
