Michael Moore says business has picked up dramatically since he changed his prices and dumped the moniker the Summit, renaming his revolving restaurant at Australia Square O Bar and Dining.
''I've had to buy some of those rope dividers they use for the crowds for the bar,'' the chef says.
Moore has added a third element to the O Bar and Dining package: a tapas lounge.
The menu is ''tapas Sydney-style'', inspired by Spanish cuisine, Turkish mezze and yum cha.
