Lucky old Redfern has yet another new food venue on the way. Last week we had the news former Claude's head chef Ben Sears will open a Korean restaurant, Moon Park, in Redfern next month; now ex-Chiswick chef Tim Bryan is getting in on the postcode 2016 action.
Bryan is part of the opening team at Three Williams, a cafe opening in coming weeks in Elizabeth Street.
Glen Bowditch, a veteran at Sonoma and former manager at The Grounds in Alexandria, is also part of the Three Williams team. Word is architect Anthony Gill has stripped the space back to bare bricks and opted for a ''raw'' look.
