Australian truffles are set to get their moment in the sun as Madame Truffles reprises her seasonal pop-up again this winter for a six-week run, offering customers a rare chance to experience freshly harvested truffles from Victoria, NSW, WA and Tasmania. According to proprietor Bernadette Jenner, each region produces truffles with distinct aromas and flavours. A handful of events has been planned for the coming weeks at selected cafes.
