The menu includes slowcooked pork neck in a pancake; duck with lentils and date puree; venison ossobucco with Jerusalem artichokes; wagyu rump with truffle polenta; and cheese.

The dinner, on the rooftop terrace, is organised by Realm food and beverage manager and enthusiast for little-known wines Peter Bell. 7pm, $100, 6163 4710.
