Think Royal Melbourne Show food and you think hotdogs, chips and CWA scones, right? This year, the show rewrites the menu with pop-ups at the Taste of Victoria Pavilion from some of Melbourne’s favourite restaurants – Estelle (20th September until 24th September), Hammer & Tong (27th September until 1st October) and Pho Nom (24th September until 27th September). There’s also a chance to sample Victorian craft beers and ciders.

Pho Nom's menu offering will include Warialda Beef Pho ($11), Crystal Valley Crispy Pork Banh Mi ($9), Milawa Poached Chicken Slaw ($9) and Vegetarian Spring Rolls ($4).

The show is on from September 20 to October 1. www.royalshow.com.au
