Short Black: Infinity Sourdough bakery opens in CBD

Infinity Sourdough Bakery swung open the doors on a new store at Oxford Street on the weekend. The Paddington arterial has been on the nose in recent years with food operators, but it is soon to be buoyed by the arrival of a couple of new restaurants from the Merivale Group. Located in the former Charlie Brown store on Oxford Street, next to Love Supreme, Infinity will use the site as a bread baking hub, as well as offering a 30-seat cafe for customers keen to sit and chow its sandwiches and gourmet pies.
