St Crispin due to open in June

Chefs Scott Pickett, of the Estelle, and Joe Grbac, late of The Press Club, are going into business with a new restaurant in Smith Street, Collingwood. St Crispin is planned to open in June with a seasonal, contemporary menu offering two or three courses, plus a tasting menu.
