Stage two of Spring Street Grocer to open

Stage two of Con Christopoulos and Josh Brisbane'sSpring Street Grocer opens on Wednesday. The new street-level city sandwich bar and grocery is phase two in a three-pronged plan that includes Gelateria Primavera, which opened in mid-December, and a basement cheese room that opens in mid-April. The sandwich bar, called Rolls Ready, will open Monday to Friday, 11am-4pm, and offer rolls with premium fillings such as Ortiz anchovy with rubbed tomato. The grocer will sell mostly organic and biodynamic Australian produce and will be open daily from 9am to 7pm.
