Star-studded chef finds a home in Mosman

His Australian wife brought him to Australia, now Guillaume Zika, the head chef for four years at the two-Michelin-star London restaurant Hibiscus, has somewhere to cook.

Mosman's Public Dining Room has snared Zika, who will guest chef at the restaurant on Friday nights from July 19, whipping up a five-course $95 degustation.

With Zika's resume boasting Thomas Keller's New York restaurant Per Se and Le Grand Vefour in Paris, Mosman appears to have scored a coup.
