The arrival of Koko Black and Gumption by Coffee Alchemy has broadened the offering at the historic Strand Arcade, now barista turned restaurateur George Nahas is joining the party.
Nahas opens Romolo this week, a trattoria with dinner menu kicking off a 3pm. "I'm calling it early dinner," Nahas quips.
Romolo will also give breakfast a nudge, the usual morning suspects joined by a breakfast cheeseburger with a chorizo pattie, scrambled eggs and a sauce made with poblano, tomato relish and American mustard.
