Surfing chefs to carve it up at Bucket List

Restaurant kitchens have long proved a lure for young guns who dreamed of surfing during the day and working at night.

On the night of Wednesday, March 11 some of our best surfing chefs, Ben O'Donoghue among them, will drop in at at Bondi's Bucket List.

A dozen chefs, including an appearance on the pass from est's Peter Doyle, will be assisted in the kitchen by former pro surfer Tom Carroll for the SurfAid fundraiser.
