Thought that counts at South Yarra cafe

Ben Whitaker, of the Final Step cafe in South Yarra, is launching his social project, Food For Thought, on September 19 at Richmond's Top Paddock.

Food For Thought will provide after-school meals to children in La Fe, a Buenos Aires slum. Profits from the Final Step will fund the project, and Whitaker is moving to Argentina to run it.

Missy Higgins is playing at the launch, and tickets - $100 a head - include food and drink.
