Sydney boutique butcher Hudson Meats has opened its first shop in Melbourne in Toorak's Tok H Centre.
Co-owner Colin Holt and business partner Jeff Winfield have four shops in Sydney. The businesses focus on local, grass-fed beef, free-range pork and Dorper lambs and local deli products including Myrtleford butter and goods from Piper Street Food Company.
Winfield and Holt have appointed butcher Micah Hewitt as their Melbourne manager.
