Town has two chefs for the prize of one

Dessert queen Katrina Kanetani gained a national following during a stellar spell running the pastry section at Pier restaurant in Rose Bay, but the depth of her talent has shone since she opened Town Cafe and Restaurant, at Bangalow on the north coast, with her husband Karl.

Last night Katrina and Karl Kanetani were recognised with the award for Outstanding Use of Regional Produce by a Chef - in this case chefs - at the delicious. Produce Awards.
