Victorian coffee van shortlisted for design award

Proof that we're head over wheels for food trucks, a sunny yellow coffee van is up for gong at this year's Eat Drink Design Awards, to be announced on Tuesday night.

Coffee Peddlr's retrofitted Citroen H van, which is becoming a common sight at cycling events around Victoria, joins Collins Street cafe Filter on the shortlist for Best Temporary Design.

Now in its third year, the design awards have attracted 151 entries from Australia and New Zealand hospitality and design businesses. The other categories are Best Bar Design, Best Restaurant Design, Best Cafe Design, Best Retail Design and Best Identity Design.
