Winter brew and stew nights at Grub Food Van

Cooking duo Them Bones are popping up at Fitzroy's resident Airstream trailer over winter. They'll be serving a trio of midweek winter warmers from 6pm every Tuesday to Thursday.

Huddle round the greenhouse's pot belly stove and tuck into a hearty stew, mopped up with house-made bread, and washed down with a matched beer from a rotating brewery cast featuring Moon Dog, Two Birds, 3 Ravens, 4 Pines and more.

Next week's stew trio is goat goulash with sourdough, mutton hotpot with buttermilk biscuits, or mussyang-style dahl with flatbread.

Each week will see a classic, an adventurous and a veggie stew, all priced from $19.
