When the judges announced Joshua Pelham (Estelle) and Timothy Martin (European) as joint winners of the Young Chef of the Year title in The Age Good Food Guide 2015, it created a dilemma.

Uber-chef Ferran Adria had signed and donated only one set of his seven-volume, 18-kilogram opus, elBulli 2005-2011.

Fortunately, publishers Phaidon came to the rescue, donating a second set.

Pelham ended up the autographed copy.
