First Night Noodle Markets to launch in Adelaide

Prepare your bellies Adelaide foodies, because the Night Noodle Markets are arriving tonight, September 24, for the first time ever.

Market-goers will be able to watch stage performances while indulging in an array of dishes from local and interstate stallholders such as Filipino barbecue merchant Hoy Pinoy, local favourite Tammy's Meat Rolls and N2 Extreme Gelato.

Vegan dumplings, pork dim sims, chilli crab baos, teppanyaki and gyoza will grace the menu during the Good Food Month event, which will run in the Adelaide Festival Centre Precinct until October 4. Sweet tooths are also guaranteed to be satisfied with Nutella-filled doughnuts and caramel lychee waffle sticks.

The markets are being held as part of the OzAsia Festival. The collaboration will feature international performers like Japanese Taiko Drum and Fusion Beats Bollywood.
