The Sydney Morning Herald Growers' Market and Good Food Month are brightening up October 3 with an Andy Bowdy-run ice-cream truck (the first 50 people to rock up get a free sundae!), free early morning yoga on the grass and a Good Food Guide book signing by SMH chief critic Terry Durack and Guide editor Myffy Rigby.

Along with demonstrations on the Market Stage with Pinbone's Mike Eggert (he'll be cooking whatever he finds at the market that morning), there's also the ticketed event, Best of the Brunch, over at LuMi. This is your chance to try the signature dishes of Sydney's greatest brunching destinations.

Meet the crew from Pinbone, West Juliett, Ruby's Diner, Single Origin Roasters, plus very special daytime appearances from Hartsyard and LuMi.
