Parlour Obscura

Head chef James Forman and sommelier Peter Bell explore obscure and wonderful food and wine. Five courses of tapas and wine which will challenge the senses. Pulp Kitchen puts on a five course dinner with bush ingredients and herbs. A Taste of Yass Valley

Chef Janet Jeffs of Ginger Catering is sharing food and produce from the Yass Valley. She's put together a dinner that features Homeleigh Grove olives, smoked meat from the Poachers Pantry, Yass Valley lamb and apples from Loriendale Orchard, owned by Food and Wine columnist Owen Pidgeon. A Thatchers cider and a snack for $10 all through Good Food Month at these outfits. Gryphons Caffe is doing a smoked black calamari slider with lime kimchi. 16 Barker Street, Griffith.
