Sydney's southern suburbs haven't missed out on the city's unseasonal rash of winter restaurant openings. Taking inspiration from Gjelina restaurant in Los Angeles, Sarita's swung open last week at the Rocksia Hotel in Arncliffe. Sarita's mixes vegetable plates, including wood-roasted cauliflower and romesco, with pizza and dishes such as yellowfin tuna carpaccio with herb salad and lemon oil.
