Taking inspiration from Gjelina restaurant in Los Angeles, Sarita's swung open last week at the Rocksia Hotel in Arncliffe. Sarita's mixes vegetable plates, including wood-roasted cauliflower and romesco, with pizza and dishes such as yellowfin tuna carpaccio with herb salad and lemon oil.
