Win a cooking masterclass and dinner at Quay

With summer just around the corner it’s time to sharpen your grill skills. Electrolux and goodfood.com.au are giving five lucky readers the chance to learn how to cook the perfect barbecue feast, with world-renowned chef and Electrolux ambassador Peter Gilmore.

Peter Gilmore will teach you the tricks of the trade and demonstrate how to cook some of his favourite summer dishes on the Electrolux En:V barbecue which include, the perfect rack of lamb and a mouth-watering slow-cooked wagyu steak. In this exclusive masterclass, Gilmour will show you how to prepare the perfect menu for outdoor entertaining.

The masterclass will be followed by a five-course degustation dinner at award-winning Sydney restaurant, Quay.

You and a guest can go into the running to win one of five major prizes for this once-in-a-lifetime experience, including flights and accommodation for winners outside of New South Wales. But keep your schedule clear, you need to be available to take the prize on Tuesday, October 15.
