This sleek, dramatically designed dining room is situated in the spiritual home of Penfolds, in Adelaide's foothills. Chefs Scott Huggins and Emma McCaskill's aim is to source produce "from the local community and from the same region, earth, land and loam" as the fruit for the wines. The result is the ultimate Penfolds-friendly tasting menu, from rice crisps with smoked eel and finger lime, to pork tail and mustard, and Mayura Station wagyu with sesame emulsion.
