Single-origin offerings from around the globe change weekly and are chalked up on the board, while a Syndicate blend caters for the milk coffees. Knowledgeable staff manoeuvre through the slick space, skilfully landing an impressive ploughman's lunch (timber platter spread with chorizo, prosciutto, dressed rocket and plump black olives), or a light mushroom, ricotta, leek and spinach omelette on one of the small tables. The leafy rear courtyard is one of St Kilda's better kept secrets.
