Spectacular Corio Bay views are the most obvious drawcard here. There are fans in summer, a fire in winter, and the decor's whimsical. Youthful staff ferry crab and prawn dumplings in cucumber 'gazpacho'; sweet-potato gnocchi, lime-blackened snapper (local, like much else on the menu) on a white bean salad. Dessert - perhaps pears poached in Jack Rabbit rose with a limoncello parfait - is reason to linger on the deck.
