The cousin, the sister, the cook and his mother - it's a family affair at this glass-walled designer beach box overlooking the bay. Morphing from coffeehouse to bistro and bar, NSHRY (pronounced 'noshery') dishes up a mod menu with an Asian spin. Try an omelette filled with shiitake, enoki and shimeji mushrooms, Viet-style wagyu noodle soup with coriander and mint, or the famously good umami burger with gruyere, caramelised onions and a brioche bun. Dinner might be a Thai-style fish curry redolent of lime and lemongrass.
