Starters include warm ciabatta with herb-flecked ricotta, and an antipasti board generously piled with cured meats, olives and a milky orb of buffalo mozzarella. Wood-fired pizzas, in two sizes, boast perfectly charred, chewy crusts, perhaps strewn with prosciutto, basil and mozzarella; or creamy taleggio, mushrooms and thyme.
