Small Block

There's so much to love about Small Block, where do you start? There's the all-day breakfast menu with dishes like huevos rancheros- a stack of house-made tortillas, beans, chorizo, fried egg and zingy salsa (there's a version for vegans)- and comforting vanilla rice porridge with poached quince. Lunch might be chilli corn fritters with bacon or a pulled pork sandwich. Sweets are house-baked: how about a Portuguese tart with your coffee? You'll find the cool kids on the pavement seated on wooden blocks, while inside, there's a front room with stools by the large window, a spacious back room, and a kids' corner to boot.
