The cavernous main bar, a popular spot for burlesque shows, live music and private functions, is all leather booths, warehouse-style ceilings, moody lighting and great acoustics. There's a wide-range of Australian wines and a cocktail list loaded with classics. One level up is the laidback Caribbean-inspired terrace whose cane furniture, beach shack-style bar and sangrias help make it one of the bar scene's best rooftops.
