Either way, adore the tumbling valley views (now through bigger windows in the converted stable restaurant) and sample Tuki's smoked trout, part of a sharing platter with house-made tuna pate, antipasti and smoked sausage. For main, try moist fresh baked trout, or thick eye fillet, from Tuki's own herd.
