First-timers quickly become regulars at this unpretentious little eatery. Top notch Sri Lankan and Indian fare is what keeps them coming back; from flaky, beautifully spiced fish curry puffs, to fantastically meaty lamb biriyani. The latter comes in a serve so generous, it'd feed a famished family on its own. Egg kothu - a mix of chopped roti, scrambled egg, vegies and spices - is a lively dish that would work just as well for late brekkie as it would for dinner. Desserts are more than an afterthought, too, including treacle-drizzled watalappan (coconut custard).
