Klink takes the art of coffee seriously. Owner/barista James Humphreys turns out a mean long black ($3.80) from ever-reliable local roasters, The Golden Cobra - full, strong and with a welcome bite. At the open window carved out of the pink facade (is this the only bolthole in the city looked over by a golden lion's head?) there's a steady stream of coffee fiends getting takeaways ($3) on the run. But if you're a fan of both coffee and art, go for a gander around the ever-lively, artist-run Gaffa galleries, with its changing studios, workshops and pop-up guests. Just don't let your avocado-on-toast get cold with all that sensory overload.
