This Mexican hotspot packs out at sunset, and it's little wonder places are fiercely contested, with its windows flung open to the sultry beach air. Sharing is cool, so order multiple plates of chipotle beef, smoky chargrilled chorizo in sticky-sweet red pepper glaze, or limey prawn ceviche. Sharing's hard, too; crunchy, meaty chimichangas are irresistible. Tortillas are hand-rolled and fresh-pressed for pork shoulder and black bean toasted quesadillas, while soft shell tacos are the motherload of spiced achiote chicken, and desserts are sublime. There's a wide range of tequila, but this ain't no tex-mex.
