The menu at this small, ultra-modern bar opposite Manly beach offers pizzas and more than the standard fare. Coconut prawns with a slightly too subtle mango and mint salsa was followed by a nicely done tempura king snapper with baby caper tartare, caramelised (read charred) lemon and shoestring fries. A wild mushroom risotto at $19 really delivered, but a promised dessert of chocolate panna cotta with honeycomb, vanilla ice-cream and chocolate syrup got lost in translation, arriving sans ice-cream and choc syrup. When quizzed, our waiter knocked the price off the bill.
