Terminus Hotel

14.5/20

Contemporary$$

It's a spacious, historic pub with a unique ambience and appreciation of yesteryear. The food could also be described as old fashioned, from the days when cooks filled a plate to the point you couldn't get another skerrick on it. The home-made beef pie is a favourite, with chunky meat pieces and mashed potato on top, and for lunch you can't beat the open steak sandwich with the lot, including a fresh egg from the pub's own chooks. Dine inside from the extensive menu, while on a sunny day it's hard to go past the undercover courtyard or neatly manicured lawn.
