The Annandale Hotel

Pub dining

No one tells a rock star how they should have their Thai, so it's lucky that you can design your own dish at the Wok 'n' Roll restaurant in the garden area of the newly refurbished Annandale, a pub renowned for hosting some of Sydney's best live shows. The prawn paradise - coconut-crumbed king prawns - is juicy and crisp, their signature stir-fry - The Annandale - is suitably hot with the requisite amount of fresh peppercorns, and the green curry is aromatic. Head there for a yum cha lunch (AKA pub cha) on weekends, and, as a bonus, listen in on the sound check.
