The word cafe doesn't do justice to this expansive former industrial space, one of the most talked-about openings of 2012. Everything inside, from the site-roasted coffee served in sage green cups to the quinoa-rolled eggs or confit ocean trout salad is impeccably on-trend and undeniably delicious. The charm continues outside among the produce gardens and chook runs, with satisfying sandwiches and salads to go. There are monthly Saturday markets, kids' gardening workshops, and plans for an outdoor rotisserie and pizza oven, too.
