For the first time in Good Food history, the Good Food Guide has launched a nationwide People's Choice campaign, which kicked off in in Brisbane in May, and is running in Sydney and Melbourne in July and August.
The award allows Good Food Guide readers to vote for their favourite restaurant via an online platform. The winner in each state will be published in each of the Good Food Guides - Australia's dining bible.
The best bit? Voting puts you in the running to win the major prize of a dozen $250 restaurant vouchers - that's a fine dining meal every month for a whole year.
For extra chances to win, diners can vote for their favourite bar, pub, cafe and cheap eat.
The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide will be on stands on September 12 and The Age Good Food Guide is on sale on September 26.
The Brisbane Times Good Food Guide is on sale in newsagents across Queensland for $7.99.
Visit vote.goodfood.com.au to register your vote for now for the Sydney and Melbourne's People's Choice Award.
What are the People's Choice Awards?
The People's Choice Award is a new addition to the Good Food Guide Awards. This award allows the public to have a say in who makes it into the guide.
Why isn't my favourite restaurant on the list?
Our team of experienced restaurant critics have added their top picks to the list. If the restaurant that gets your vote isn't showing, simply add it in and register your vote. Type in the restaurant you wish to vote for, if your nominated restaurant isn't showing up simply tap "Add it and vote now" from the drop-down menu. Following this process will add in your chosen restaurant and register your vote.
Can I vote for any restaurant in Queensland, Victoria and NSW?
Yes. We want you to have your say. Choose from the list or add in your chosen restaurant. Also have your say on your favourite cafe, cheap-eat and bar for extra chances to win. Note: only residents of each particular state are eligible to win the prize.
