This branch of the international Ippudo chain mightn’t have ramen aficionados purring, but it rates highly enough that you might feel the urge to high-five the waiter wearing an ‘I Heart Ramen’ T-shirt. Karaka men tamago is an earthy, pork bone broth with spicy miso, minced pork, egg and noodles.
