I love the vibrant red colour of this chutney, a nice variation on the usual shades of brown. This goes with just about everything that needs spicing up.

    Made this recipe varying slightly with 50/50 red and green capsicums, only because that was what was in the crisper. Bottled and let sit for 3 months. A superb chutney, great as an accompanyment for many dishes needing a bit of a chilli hit! Bought a heap of very ripe beefheart tomatos today and am going to make it exactly to Jeremy's recipe. The longer it sits in the jar the better it is!
