  • Laksa paste? Really? You couldn't have mentioned ginger, turmeric, lemongrass...? It's so easy to just mix up your own spices. The flavour and scent are that much better and you avoid the mass quantities of sodium that populate commercial curry pastes. You can make a huge quantity of the stuff and freeze it in portions to flavour future batches.
