Eddie Jim ... A scallop dish from The Brix restaurant, Melbourne. I shot this dish with two small Canon flashes off the camera and light with different directions to enhance the colour of the ingredients. I shot it from the top as I think this dish is plated up so well that it looks like an oil painting.
