100g dried apricots
1 tbsp oat bran
60 g (1/4 cup) apricot yoghurt
600 ml milk
1 tbsp honey
Soak the dried apricots in boiling water until they are plump, then drain.
Blend the apricots, bran, yoghurt, milk and honey in a blender until smooth.
