Ingredients

  • 100g dried apricots

  • 1 tbsp oat bran

  • 60 g (1/4 cup) apricot yoghurt

  • 600 ml milk

  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Step 1

    Soak the dried apricots in boiling water until they are plump, then drain.

  2. Step 2

    Blend the apricots, bran, yoghurt, milk and honey in a blender until smooth.
