Ingredients

  • 16 spears fresh asparagus, woody ends trimmed

  • 16 thin slices prosciutto

Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
    2. Peel the bottom half of the asparagus spears with a potato peeler (optional). 
    3. Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each asparagus spear in a spiral. 
    4. Place on a wire rack or baking tray and bake for 6-8 minutes or until the prosciutto is crispy.
    5. Serve warm.
