You can use toasted muesli if you prefer the flavour or if it's in the pantry but it won't blend as smoothly as natural muesli.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled

  • 8 strawberries, tops removed and washed

  • 1 cup plain yoghurt

  • 1 cup natural muesli

  • 2 cups rice milk or milk

  • 2 cups ice

  • 4 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth in a bar blender. Serve immediately.
