Use a prime cut of beef to make an easy and delicious filling for tacos.

Ingredients

  • 400g skirt steak or any prime beef cut

  • sea salt

  • extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp cumin seeds, roasted and lightly crushed

  • 1 lime, quartered

Method

  1. Sprinkle the beef with salt, oil and cumin. Sear the steak for about 3 minutes each side in a hot pan, then set it aside to rest for 5 minutes (cook it longer if you like it well done).

    Cut the beef into strips and serve with the lime quarters on the side.
