Thursday: don't bother making green curry paste from scratch; cool off with frozen kiwifruit 'granita'.
Friday: pick up a barbecue chook (save some chicken for Saturday's lunch); Leftover red sauce can sub in for tomato and chipotle in adobo, in tomorrow's beans-on-toast.
Over the weekend: head to the Asian grocer for frozen bao buns and a jar of kimchi. And turn plain croissants into the almond variety.
