They brought us Gaytime ice-cream tubs and the Golden Gaynetto, and now the creative folks at Streets Ice Cream have upped the ante to bring a "crumb shed" to Sydney and Melbourne.

The pop-up events, to be held at Topshop Topman in each city, will offer unique twists on the iconic Australian treat.

From edible glitter to popping candy and pretzel bits to salted caramel, each crumb combo will be hand-made to order with equally bespoke names (think "Unicorn breath" or "Chocopalooza")

The unique creations will cost $6 a pop, but be quick because the limited editions won't be around for long.

Gaytime crumb shed will be held at Sydney's Topshop Topman Gowings store from January 18 and Melbourne's Topshop Topman Emporium store from January 20.
